How to Redeem

• After payment is made, you will receive your voucher(s) within 5 working days.
• Please present either mobile or printed voucher for ticket redemption at Jewel Changi Airport Level 1 Concierge

Other Terms & Conditions

• Validity 180 days from date of issuance
• Operating Hours of Jewel Changi Airport Level 1 Concierge Counter is from 10am to 9.30pm daily.
• Children below the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Adult refers to 13 years old & above
• Child refers to 3 to 12 years old
• No re-entry is allowed for all attractions except for Canopy Park.
• Minimum Height of 110cm is required at Discovery slides and Bouncing Net.
• Once the Tickets have been issued, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Tickets are only valid for the time period as printed on the ticket.
• Jewel Changi Airport reserves the right to amend or add to the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
